In 2016 this included BIID President Susie Rumbold and award-winning designer Sue Timney, garden designer Matthew Wilson, House & Garden Gardening Editor Claire Foster, Dr Tessa Murdoch from the V&A the world’s leading museum of art and design, Farrow and Ball and KLC School of Design.
The Farrow and Ball International colour consultant discussed and offered advice on ‘Colour in the Home’ and explaining how, through the simple use of colour, you can achieve striking results both inside and outside your home.

Experts from this institution known the world over for delivering the highest quality design education available today offered both practical and inspirational advice on key design topics. Rachael White explored ‘Being Brave with Colour’ and how you can do this in your home in an achievable way. Diana McKnight’s talked about ‘Eyes on Design’ and showed visitors how design principles can make a room ‘work’ and how you can create inspiring spaces with a number of practical and straightforward techniques. Finally Julia Begbie looked at a topic that proved very popular – ‘Conceal: Reveal Designing Clever Storage and Creating Dramatic Display.’
