Founded in 1776, Louis Roederer is still family-owned and today they own 240 hectares (595 acres) of vineyards in the best villages of Champagne. During the workshop you will taste Louis Roederer’s Champagnes from some of the family owned best vineyards. Marinel FitzSimons, Brand Manager, has worked with Champagne Louis Roederer in Britain for 3.5 years, and is an enthusiastic and highly informed evangelist for all things Roederer. With her animated and detailed guidance through range, participants will come away understanding the essence of one of the greatest Champagne Houses in the world.

She will be showing you how to prepare one of her favourites, Mozzarella in Carozza, while discussing eggs, chickens and being a food writer.

Come and get your hands dirty with geo-fleur’s wonderful Mini Closed Terrarium making workshop - using ferns & fittonia to make a sealed/closed terrarium.
geo-fleur will provide everything you need - from the glass vessel, grit, activated charcoal, moss, rocks, soil, ferns and fittonia whilst Sophie Lee will be showing you the steps to create your own ecosystem garden to take home with you.
