Summer Living Workshop : 13:00 - 13:45, 20 June 2018
Andrew Wilson our Estates manager looks after the kitchen garden at Lucknam Park which provides me with fantastic produce that features on all our menus throughout the hotel. Summer is one of the busiest Seasons for Andrew and his team and they will be harvesting an array of produce including sweet peas, beans, rainbow carrots, beetroot and fresh herbs. I’ll be making a very light tasty broth from these vegetables and flavouring it with a fresh pesto. Garnishing the broth will be little pasta parcels of a fantastic local ricotta from Wetscombe Farm flavoured with fresh lemon and meleguetta pepper.
